About Me

My photo
SKWALLACE
Durham, NC, United States
I am a senior at Duke University, majoring in public policy and global health. I created this blog so that friends, family, and colleagues at Duke will be able to follow my research in Chernobyl, Ukraine, this summer. I will be traveling to Kyiv in mid-July and returning at the end of August. Until then, I will be writing about my pre-travel research as well as my efforts at learning the Ukrainian language. My project is being funded by DukeEngage.
